Contract Filling/ Lyophilization: Aalto has a world-class lyophilization (freeze-drying) facility that features microprocessor controlled cycle design and execution. Our units all feature shelf stoppering under vacuum or inert gases. Our equipment is also available for contract lyophilization, where you can specify your exact cycle and conditions and our trained personnel will start and supervise the run as well as provide you with all necessary documentation. Our high speed filling equipment is exceedingly accurate and can accommodate many different vial sizes. Our most common fill sizes are from 0.5 mL to 20mL, with complete or partial insertion of stoppers, depending on liquid or lyophilized products. Layering with inert gas is also an option for liquid fills.
