For more than thirty-five years, Aalto has been producing custom manufactured quality control sera on an OEM or private label basis. We also provide laboratory proficiency specimens to such prestigious organizations as the College of American Pathologists (USA) and The Royal College of Pathologists of Australia.
Aalto Scientific has been extracting and purifying enzymes and proteins from human sources (plasma, serum, urine and tissue) since 1979. We were the first commercial source of human Creatine Kinase isoenzymes (MM, MB and BB), which aided in the industry’s development of immunoassays for CK-MB. Today, Aalto offers a complete line of clinically significant human proteins and hormones in a variety of purity levels suitable for either control sera manufacturing or antibody development.
To manufacture high quality control sera, you have to start with high quality matrices. Give your products the Aalto Advantage by employing the same stable sera that we use to make our OEM calibrators and controls. All of the plasma used in the preparation of our human serum products have been collected at US FDA licensed collection centers, and has been found to be negative for all required pathogen tests.
