With our large scale formulation expertise, high speed filling/capping/labeling equipment, plus our industry leading lyophilization facility, Aalto is the logical choice for outsourcing your own manufacturing processes and products. We are also expert at custom kit assembly and providing shipping/fulfillment services on your behalf. Our facility is ISO 13485:2016 certified and registered with US FDA as a contract device manufacturer. Need help in the area of research and new product development? Formulation

Our state-of-the-art, 100,000+ square foot manufacturing facility has the necessary formulation vessels, mixing and filtration equipment, and manufacturing expertise to properly execute your existing product processes. We will interpret and convert your manufacturing processes into documents that comply with our quality system to ensure that the resulting product performs at a level that meets or exceeds your expectations.

Aalto is prepared to receive your bulk solution and dispense, cap, and label it in a manufacturing environment that is certified to the EN13485:2016 standard, using properly validated equipment and protocols.
